What this website may collect

When the pilot-request form is connected for launch, it may collect the contact and business information you choose to provide, such as your name, travel-company name, phone number, email address, city, typical group size, tour type and upcoming departure details.

Why we use it

The information is intended to be used to respond to KithLoop pilot enquiries, understand whether the product fits an operator’s use case, arrange onboarding and improve the product.

Sharing

Pilot-enquiry submissions are processed through Formspree so they can be delivered to KithLoop for follow-up. We do not sell enquiry information. Other service providers may only be used where needed to operate the website or respond to your request.

Retention and choices

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to the pilot request and manage follow-up. If you want information from your enquiry corrected or deleted, you can request this when KithLoop contacts you about the pilot.

Product data

This website notice is separate from the privacy terms that will apply to the KithLoop product itself. The product privacy notice will need to cover operator, traveller and nominated-family-contact data before real tours are onboarded.
